Focused. Precise.
Sessions use hands-on, targeted bodywork to support nervous system regulation. Rather than talking through problems or applying generalized techniques, the work gives the system a clear, physical signal it can respond to and complete.
One goal at a time.
Each session centers on a specific place or issue rather than full-body work, so the system knows where to direct its effort, make adjustments, and recalibrate.
Less can be more.
More time or work is not always more effective. The body integrates change best when input is right-sized.
Responsive, not routine.
While the work is grounded in the physical body, it may support shifts in awareness and internal coordination. It is adapted in real time to what your body is signaling.
20-minute focused sessions are the standard booking and sufficient for most work. These sessions are brief by design; focused input gives the nervous system exactly what it can register and integrate, without excess stimulation. Many clients choose to arrive a few minutes early and allow quiet time afterward to support that process.
What clients often notice
Clear shifts in sensation or movement, improved coordination or range of motion, and greater ease in daily activity after the session with reduced reactivity and holding patterns.
Who this work is for
Well-suited for people experiencing chronic tension, stress, or persistent patterns who have not seen lasting results with conventional massage treatments. A good fit for those comfortable with brief, focused sessions and allowing integration to occur outside the appointment.
Who it’s not for
If you are primarily seeking relaxation, spa-style massage, or a passive experience, or prefer long, continuous work, another setting may be a better fit.
"After working with several chiropractors and massage therapists, Jenn was the first person who was able to identify what was contributing to my back pain. She listens carefully and works thoughtfully, and I noticed clear changes in how my body felt and moved."
-Cheri K.
"Working with Jenn has helped me understand how tight or inflamed areas of my body affect my movement, both in exercise and in everyday life. I had never experienced a truly therapeutic massage before working with her. Over time, I've felt stronger with each session. It's a process that develops through consistency, and once you experience it, you will appreciate the results."
-Madeline W.
"After years of carrying sustained tension in my body, the session left me feeling lighter and calmer in a way I hadn't experienced in years."
-Lauren G.

Sensations can range from very subtle to briefly strong or uncomfortable; intensity, when present, is purposeful and short-lived.
Sessions are generally quiet and focused. Brief feedback is welcome; conversation is not required.
Regulation refers to the body’s ability to sense, respond, and settle efficiently after precise input. Integration is what happens outside the session as those changes organize and stabilize over time. Subtle shifts in sensation, movement, coordination, energy, or overall ease are common over the hours or days that follow. These shifts are usually quiet and gradual rather than dramatic.
Do I need to do anything to support it?
Giving the body time and space is often the most supportive approach. Light movement, rest, and normal daily activity are generally sufficient. Forcing outcomes or over-analyzing sensations can interfere with the process.
When should I reach out?
If something feels unfamiliar, concerning, or you have a practical question about what you’re noticing, you’re welcome to reach out. Otherwise, allowing the process to unfold on its own is appropriate.
For most people, once per week supports momentum without overwhelm. Frequency can be adjusted based on how your body responds. Book your next session when you notice the changes from the last one have integrated and you feel ready for another precise input.
What if I can't come weekly?
Weekly sessions are supportive but not required. The body continues adapting through integration and daily life between sessions. When sessions are less frequent, they often function as recalibration points rather than ongoing input. Change continues through integration, movement, and daily context.
Do I need to do homework?
Not always. Sometimes gentle movement or awareness supports integration, and sometimes rest is more helpful. Any suggestions are based on what supports the body best at that stage.
Is this work meant to be ongoing?
The goal is to support capacity and self-regulation, not dependence. Some people notice meaningful change after one or a few sessions, while others benefit from coming regularly for a period of time. The goal isn’t to “fix” something on a schedule or predetermined number of visits, but to support how your body adapts and integrates change.
Longer sessions are offered selectively, by conversation or recommendation, when additional time is clearly supportive.
What should I wear?
Comfortable or athletic clothing that allows for easy movement.
Do I need to undress?
Most often, no. Sessions are usually done fully clothed. If access to a specific area is helpful for the work, I’ll let you know and we can adjust as needed.
Should I eat beforehand?
If possible, avoid eating within two hours of your session.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.
What if I’m late or miss my session?
Late arrivals shorten the session, as sessions end as scheduled. Missed appointments are charged in full.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at booking.
Do you accept gratuity?
Gratuity is appreciated but never required.
